What is RAD – Run And Dance Festival?
RAD is a full-day experience combining a 5K color run, interactive workshops, live concerts, and an 18+ evening program. The festival is all about health, community, creativity, and inclusion.
When and where will the festival take place?
The festival will be held on August 22, 2026 at Nesparken, Moss – a historic venue for concerts and festivals. From 2027, the event is planned to expand to Oslo.
What happens during the day?
- A 5K Color Run with eco-friendly powder
- Creative workshops in art, music, poetry, dance, photography, film, and more
- An 18+ evening program with music, food, and great vibes
- Live concerts featuring both local and international artists
Who can participate?
The festival is open to all ages. During the day, there are activities for children, youth, and families. In the evening, there is a dedicated program for adults (18+).
Do I need to be in good shape to join the run?
No! The Color Run is not a competition but a celebration. You can walk, jog, or run entirely at your own pace.

Is the color powder safe?
Yes, the powder is eco-friendly, biodegradable, and harmless to inhale. We still recommend using sunglasses or goggles to protect your eyes, and bringing a scarf or bandana if you’d like to cover your hair/face.

Can I volunteer?
Yes! We always welcome enthusiastic volunteers. Volunteers receive free entry, meals and drinks during their shifts, and a unique festival experience. Sent email via contact us

What does the festival do for the community?
